a prototype for an evolutionary algorithm which is purely based on biology.
within this prototype, agents have a strand of DNA which contains ~10.000 genes,
these genes encode for proteins exactly like it happens in nature
both the stored DNA and it's complement can be encoded into amino-acids according to their natural codons.
these amino-acids are then chained together as proteins.
all possible proteins are fed into the "part creator" which reads the first few amino-acids
and determines the properties of various body parts based on them
the entity has 2 chromosomes, the first defines the bodily features, while the second defines the brain features.
this turns out to work at least decently well
